Question: Would it be possible to make the following pet, and if so for how much cash?
Skin: Narglatch
CL: about 35
HAM: High as farking possible, 9k+
Armor: Light
Kinetic: 55+
Energy: 50+
(any other common PvP dmg type): 40+
Dmg: doesn't matter much
Special1: Dizzy/Blind
Special2: Cripple/Intimidate
I ask this because I recently bought 2 narglatches for 150k (cl31 & cl38). Their stats are as follows:
Skin: Narglatch
CL: 38/31
Health: 10.8k/10.1k
Action: 9.5k/6.8k
Mind: 9.3k/6.9k
Armor: Light/Light
Kinetic: 60/57
Heat/Acid: about 38
The rest: 1% or vulnerable
Dmg: 310/270
Special1: Dizzy/Stun
Special2: KD/Intimidate
Now don't get me wrong, these are great pets. Took them out rancor hunting the other day, and dizzy works like a dream, coupled with my KD/posture down. KD doesn't work on command, bleh. But lately I've been doing a little more NPC killing, namely rebel npcs. The vuln to energy seems to really hit them hard. Yes, they're tanking maybe 5-6 rebels at once, but I can't help but think that I could savea few k's of HAM having a res in energy (for example, I used a tamed gurreck, with 30 energy, light armor, and he lost only 3k ham. I use my two nargs and together they lose about 6-7k ham). Plus the KD not working really upsets me, lol. And in PvP, anyone with a mindshot will rip the cl31 to shreds easily (but, that goes for just about any pet... :-/ ). I'm very happy with these pets, with that lovely dizzy strike and my kd mobs just get ripped to shreds, and I hope the same would apply to most PvPers (assuming my pets survive that long, :-P).

For PvP, don't bother using pets. People are extremely good at killing animals, even well constructed BE pets. They like to kill them as they loss vitality when they do so. Usually most things that have high kin top out around 45% energy. It may be possible to make a higher energy pet with lower kin in that range. I will say just getting armor in a CL35 or lower pet is hard enough, so you can't expect all the bells and wistles and yet have a low CL. As to cost, depends on the amount of generations it takes. I can tell you that some pets are damn near impossible to make and others are rather straight forward and easy.

It may be possible, for someone willing to devote a huge amount of time to it. What you'd need though is a BE who is absolutely masochistic. The 55/50 resists requirement alone, particularly at CL 35 is an extremely tall order, and that's before you even start worrying about your requirement for 2 very specific specials and other resists.
I'm not going to say it's impossible, just an extremely extremely tall order that personally I wouldn't be willing to undertake at any price.

Not impossible. In fact its quite easy really. Only takes two generations and shouldnt cost more than 50k or so.
