hi there i'm a master bio engineer and the best i have gotten is 87 on medium nuitrent enhancers and 118 on the heavy has anyone gotten simular or better stats?

Yup. Top end for BSN is 90. Top end for INN is 120.
I believe that you would need an average of about 965 for PE/FL/OQ on all your resources to get an 89/119.

Highest i got on my tissue is 86..then again i dont got the best resources out there =/

My personal best is 59smalls 89meds and 119large
I dont think it is possible to hit the cap of 60/90/120

Some realy nice insect meat hit Bloodfin 2 weeks ago (average of 950 on oq/pe/fl) I have been waiting for some flora to compliment it to make an uber patch of Suppliments. My best flora right now is 960 OQ 600 PE 850 Fl. As much effort as getting 100k of the insect meat is I don't want to combine it with my tubers and end up with mediocre 86-87ish Mediums when with a little patience I can make some 88-89s.

Hmm my best was with 58/88/118 with Aspas 238/863/961/976 and Olen 888/821/954/954 oh and that's DR/FL/PE/OQ.

I dont think it is possible to hit the cap of 60/90/120
Sure it is 1000 for all stats that count in the equation (PE/FL/OQ for the meat/flora and OQ for the Organic (assuming you use wood) :-)
Odds of it happening? Pretty darn small.
