Thread: +13 bleeding Defense, help me out here please??!!

I've seen clothing with +13BleedingDefense, but I just learned you can only make a tissue with +1 Bleeding Defense. How on earth can you make a peice with +13?/

The first tier tissue can go up to (I think +10 max, though with the experiment points you get at that level the best you're going to see is around +7)
However there is a second level of tissue you get higher up the tree which will max at +20, so with good resources +18 and 19 are possible
