Im looking for a vendor who has stocked bio-clothing. Ive posted it in here and not the clothing because you guys sell the bio so you know who sells at a fair price.
Thanks for anybody who tells me where I can get some. Taming/vicious/mask scent needed. custom orders prefered.

Hello BE's. I just started BE and I can't figure out how I can make clothing which improve certain stats like maskscent or experimentation. How can I make those clothes??

Firstly - you cant makes clothes - not unless you're a tailor.
Secondly - not even the elitest master BE can add experimentation to clothing without skill tapes.
All that aside here is what you can do -
What you're looking for are tissues that a tailor can add to reinforced fiber panels or synthetic cloth (depending on the tissue, in the description it will either say casual(synth) or fieldwear(rfps).
For mask scent you're looking for scent neutralisation (depening on your skills you might not have the schematic yet)
If you're sure you should have the scematic and you dont, make sure you're using a food and chemical crafting tool and are standing near a private food and chem crafting station.
When you've made the tissue you can ask a tailor to add it to a piece of clothing for you.
Bear in mind however that the number of clothes that can take rfps are very limited and you cannot gain +25 on a single item of clothing.

http://swg.sheylara.com is a good place to go to see what a tailor can do with your tissues. She has images of all the clothes as well so I often send my customers (my alt is nearly a master tailor) there to see what they want before I make up tissues for him to use in their clothes.
