Hey guys I always name my pets so they are easy to identify at quick glance, I was thinking if we standardized this it may make our pets sales easier, this is the formula I use, what do you guys think.

EXAMPLE: GWDI 43 SP KD 430 Razor Cat 10000R AR

KEY:
GWDI: Company name
43: Pet Level
SP: Special 1 in this case Strong Poison
KD: Special 2 in this case Knock Down
430: Min Damage
Razor Cat: Need I say more
10000: Avrg. HAM in this case 10,000
R: Ranged Attack
AR: Armored Pet (to date have only been able to pull off light armor, may change this if am able to do better)

I figure if we all label similar if our vendors are well stocked, our buyers will be able to locate their desired pet without having to examine every single one, they will be able to skip right to what they want, and no one will leave disgusted becuase they are tired of wadeing through and examining, or at the very least it makes it easier for me.

I generally go with *N* CL H/A/M, (armour if applicable) Kinetic Resist, Energy Resist, special 1, special 2, (then ranged if applicable)

Sounds good, I have become partial to my way, I like the way it looks, I guess... ALso nice job on the gurcat (380 DMG), I was going to try 4 nuna samples and a bull rancor to see what happens wish me luck...lol

I name them using:

DL## [Creature Name] (Armoured/Non-CH/Mount)

DL25 Razor Cat (Armoured)

If they hit alpha-sort on name then they'll get the creatures in CL order, which is enough for most people.

Any more detail and it looks confusing. Mostly people are after level first, skin next and Armour third. Once they've got that far they may as well look at the beast since I don't have that many creatures on my vendor generally (about 50-100 usually).

wow, I do something very similar:

CL *Skin* H/A/M, L Armor (if applicable), %Kin, %Elec, Damage, Special 1/Special 2, Ranged (if applicable)

Having CL first makes it easy to find what you're looking for

Similar approachs. Mine is:

CL 35 Razor Cat LtArm H11809.A11809.M10899 K58.E56.B35.S90 D400 SS/KN R

My Names go like this:

Kaduu/CL10/Non-CH/Mount/StrPoi/Dizzy/MedResists

Gurrek/CL65/Armor/KD/Dizzy/HighResists

I go with almost exactly the same as Kevm (great minds think alike and all that)

CL, *Creature Name*, Average HAM, % Kin & Eng, Other Resists, Specials, Damage (depending on how much space I have)

So I end up with Lvl 20 Razor Cat 9k HAM, 37% Kin, 50% Eng, 80% Blast, Strong Poison, 300 Dam or stick in Non CH at the beginning. That way when people look on my vendor, they can organise by name, and it'll put them all by level and creature type.
