Should we make up a purpose for him? We could talk about how I got Killed by ST's spaming specials in Espa last night, When I read about the change, I didn't think about them. Of coarse had there been no lag I would have made it out, alive.

Most of us are hooked the first time you stick an animal with a needle and it dies.

Thing I like about it is that it gives you an objective other than just killing things.
Hunting for that critter with the right specials to sample it's DNA makes a nice change to kill, harvest, kill, harvest, etc.
You actually care about maskscent breaking and sneaking up on them.
Of course, for that extra excitement, take no combat skills and do it unbuffed and naked.
Yes, sticking a needle into a mutant rancor can get somewhat "interesting".
Did anyone mention that a profession which requires you toseriously irritatesome of the toughest mobs in the galaxy tends to attract the mentally unbalanced?
Oh, and you'll also become a drunk. Which is a marginal improvement on the Muon Gold addicted junkies we all were before the chefs learnt how to make vassarian brandy.

I like the mad scientist aspect. Playing with numbers. Hunting for just the right creature.
There is also the fact that six months after the profession was revamped I was still able to contribute something I consider significant.
