Thread: Nice little macro

Well i just picked up novice swordsman and just thought I would mention this for future swordsman.
A nice little macro I made for grinding is
2hspin
/melee2hspinattack2;
/pause 1;
/macro 2hspin;
That way if im buffed all i have to do is target a lair hit the macro then I can surf the web, go to the bathroom, or anything.
I put the pause in there just incase i need to heal.
Hope it works well for you guys

yeah is the last line the same as the name of the macro...
if you name it 2hspin the word after the /macro has to be 2hspin. If the name is grindmacro the word after the /macro has to be grindmacro.
also make sure you remember the semicolons.

Ok this might sounds stupid but are you atleast 0010 Swordsman. As a novice swordsman you only have access to melee2hspinattack1. If thats the case just substitute melee2handspinattack2 with melee2hspinattack 1 and it should work. Just another grinding tip the has probably been said on the forums countless times go 0010 Swords first to get spin attack 2 and then go 0410 Swords. The second column grants extra speed which makes the grind less annoying.

I have been BE for about 3 days now lol so i'm realy new at it. I found DNA sampling was very tedious work, sinceI offten failed 
So i tried this macro:
/follow;
/sampleDNA;
/pause 10;
/macro CustomSample;
as you can see i called it Custom sample. all you have to do is select the critter and let this run till you get your dna or till he dicides to bite your head off. use /dump to stop it. hope this might help some other Novice BEs

there's a better macro in the FAQ - one that takes into account time to get within sampling range and includes /targetCycleOutward too, to make it easier to macro yard trash that tend to sampledie rather quickly
