The storage increase to houses is a very very cool thing. (I don't need MANY houses to house my art collection *and* dna now... I mean, c'mon, tying all my lots up into houses?) The removal of AP point requirements is a simple consequence of the troubling trend.... how many "newbz" do you see on your servers these days?
There just aren't enough new players still learning trades to support a lot of AP points, unless you go with the idea of constantly training your buddy in Ranged Support I (my favorite stand-by). The AP point requirements kindof forced older players to help the "n00b5" develop their characters... a lot of the people I see playing now are either old hands, or people coming back to check out how the game has been fixed.
Reducing entertainer buffs... eh. Reducing heal times... might be nifty. I'll have to see it.
My "vet reward yacht" not taking up a lot? Hell yah... Why reward me with the loss of one lot? The reduction on large houses... not too shabby.
The decrease of incap times... well, that means I can die quicker, if my mask scent the instant I regain consciousness fails for one reason or another. (or, I'm around angry Meatlump Stooges....)
Overall, this looks like it could be yet another small step forward. If nothing else, they've addressed a smuggler issue, which tells me... we need to whine louder. =)
(Yes, the smugglers need a LOT of work... they're also very vocal. I'm not knocking whining. Or Smugglers. I almost was one, once...)

tbh I don't think I will use the extra inv space for DNA, I'll prolly just fill it up with extra snacks for the cute l'il mereks.
