Without using bugged DNA, 5K HAM is a littel over the limit of what is possible. My best non bugged CL10 pet so far was 4700 health. But since this bug that allows such overpowered pets will likely end up in a crazy nerf that hits the creature crafting system harder then it needs to, there is no telling what the best CL10 pet will end up like at this point.

With 2nd, 3rd and 4thgeneration samples from Rogue Faamba and Ikopi combination and mixing in some Bolle Bol DNA, was able to create a CL9 mount with HAMs of 7.3K health, 6K action and 1.7K mindwith resists of 17%. None of the bugged nocuous kamurith DNA used and all these creatures had resists that could be examined:

This was on the first day after the patch and admittedly I was just messing around with the new system,but creating pretty nice non-CH pets using non-bugged DNA -is- possible, it just takes quite abit of time. There are other recipes floating around with non-bugged DNA that I believe surpasses this effort.

What remains to be seen is if they are going to put in a hard cap into CL determination or if their "clarification" of determining CLs nerfs creations like this from non-bugged DNA.

What is clear to me is that BE creatures (even non-CH) ones, should be as a rule superior to those found in the wild(except for the ultra-rare babies)and thus the best non-CH pets should be made by BEs. The question is how "good" they should be....Also remember, droids are supposedly getting a major rework in the next publish, and I suspect that newer versions of combat droids will play into this equation as well.

Just out of curiousity, what is the best Non CH pet available? I've heard lvl 7 9K Ham with poison dot was made? Is this possible? at level 7?

Sorry to ask again, but I have read 'intensively' and I have found no solid answer. Everyone with a non CH pet that's worth even looking at is either a pre-patch or bugged pet. Are these my options? Find a pre-patch or bugged pet? Surely, there must be some other answer.

Looking for anything non CH with 5K+ HAM, is it possible period???
