From Novice BE, which skill trees are best to move up on first?

If you want to make tissues, go 0/4/0/4. If you want to make creatures, go 4/0/4/4. Without Engineering your product will be crappy. In either case, Master BE kicks the crap out of anyone below.

It is an interestion question trojan.

Experimentation is important but until you reach Master it is more of a 'nice have'.

If you plan on making pets that you intend on selling then you will need to work on DNA sampling and Clone line equally (since they have seperate exp requirements). If you were to choose one over the other, then I would go DNA sampling. Try to get to Clone II since this is when you Get Kusaks which are great CL 16 pets.

If you are only interested in Tissues then I would level Engineering and Tissues equally. In my opinion, most tailors will only buy the top level tissues since these are essentially 'upgraded' versions of lower tier tissues. However, I will confess that I do not know much about the Tissue market and cannot really offer any sound advice in this regard.

For me, I really enjoyed the engineering of my pets and went to CloneIV early so I could make Gurreks. They were total crap but it was still fun making them. I quickly made it to DNA sampling III while the 'sample from inventory' bug was still around so this may also impact my assesment.

I hope this helps. Even though BE has a lot of problems I still really enjoyed leveling (even though I grinded out the last few bubbles) and I enjoy it even more now that I am Master ...

Many people would argue with me, but I dont think that BE will earn you a living till you are a Master. All or none. Having said that, you can earn enough to almost pay for the resources that you use to grow. You can make furniture pets. You can also sell non CH pets. Tissues? Not sure. I had these when they were not usable. Chef still isn't it seems. You can make Pet Stims.

Once you decide what you will focus on, then decide. With me, I did DNA, all 4 first. you pick some other getting there. I chose the wrong direction at this point. Choose Experimentation. That is what dictates how good your stuff is. Don't try to go straight for Gurrecks because people who buy Gurrecks want the best and you will not make the best till you are master.

Concentrate more on doing what you do well, rather than trying to do more.

You cannot build good pets out of gnort dna, make better pets then melt them down and then use that.

For building pets, you need very high OQ meat and flora. get 2 or 3 personal harvestors at least, gathering the stuff you need and try for good stuff. As you find better stuff, build large supplies and burn the crummier stuff leveling. I own 5 Heavy Flora, 2 Heavy Chemical, 2 water and a Fusion. But at first, the personals are really cheap, heavies cost over 100k and you should not go to larger till you use your lots.

I sure am windy when you get me started

Learn the markets.
