I was wondering if the organics in the last stages of cloning have any weight in the final out come? Do the resource quality even matter or is it allabout the DNA template?

In the current system yes they do a great deal, as for the new system we dunno since it doesn't list the what stats do what for the final combine.

This is actually a pretty good question. Generally the biggest benefit to using good/great materials is that they allow you to experiment on them more, and thus make a better product. The effect on status during the combine itself generally are not that great. But since in the current system, experiementation is so broken on the final combine, and since in the one in TC people have said you don't experiment at all, perhaps it really doesn't have that much of an effect.
