i know that micronutrient supplements guve best turn around for the amount of materials used. My question is, is there a item that I can make that gives more xp? I'd rather go broke getting lots of materials, and make this faster...........if there is anything please let me know.

Razor Cats? That's 117 exp for the template and 300 for the razor cat. 417 a pop, but a serious use of resources. But, you can sample the ones you make and use the samples to make more.

Coagulant Agents? 20 creature food, 20 flora resources, 20 creature resources, 15 bone

Just a thought by looking at what can be made at Tissue Engineering 3. That's what takes the most resources, which means it should give you the most xp (well, except for Enhanced Myoflex, but you just can't get enough eggs to grind on that.

Also, experiment everything. That raises the Complexity, which gives you more xp. And find a tailor/chef who's willing to turn your tissues into practiced panels or food. (Or even actually make the cloth panels/food...either way you get the Use XP bonus. But if a tailor were to make everything you churned out by hand into panels, they'd be hip-deep in enhanced panels.)
