I have seen a schematic for these but not the level needed to create them. Do they exist? And if so where is the scematic gained and what is the normal range of damage healed?

the schematic is in the tissue line - 4th box (i think)

with advanced components i usualy get to the 1100+ / 34 charges range

best is to ask a master doc to use your resources and make you a schematik so you can make them when you need them

When you get the skill you will se it next to Pet stim b, when you are at a personal crafting station. And yes, Stim C's are 90 percent of what I make. Mine vary between 950 and 1050 heal and 28 to 34 charges. People on extended planets do not want a 700 heal pet stim.
