If a pet has invalid stats, there's no way of knowing it till it's been tamed and in your datapad and you try to call it. But it's a broken hotfix, they'll fix it at some point. Like everything else in this broken game.

Anyway to check if the pet is a 'bad' pet or not without CH skill?

I got were message since the patch... Half of my pets cannot be stored because I would have ( but I do have) space in my datapad, the other half because I don't have the CH tame skin to do it....

Does that mean that no tamable are fine and others 'bad' pets or not at all?
