The sole factor that determines if a pet is going to be valid or invalid (until the fix for this) is HAM.

I have 18 BE pets, with varying CLs, but all with pretty similar resists and the determing factor is the total or average HAM.

None of my pets have Noxious Kammurith DNA.

For instance, I have two level 28 Nargalatches. One's HAM is 10k/8k/7k. The other's ham is 10k/10k/7k. Everything else is nearly the same but the one with higher action is invalid.

It's all in the HAM

my cl 10 has 9k ham all the way across and is invalid.

I've got an invalid level 9 with 6k HAM and a level 14 with 7k Health, 4k Action and 3k Mind that's valid. The level 9 has 24 percent resists to a couple things including kinetic but the level 14 has like 7 percent. Could be a combo of things. Not a clue what's going on.
