K, hope someone can be kind enough to pass some wisdom onto me. I'm interested in making enough tissues to give to a tailor. I asked a tailor once and got this whole long winded explanation of what they needed, I think all i understood from the conversation was that each piece of clothes needed 2 tissues. So, do i need to make the tissues individually and then crate them in the factory? Or, do i need to make a run of the tissues in the factory? Is it the food factory if so?

Hiya! You do need to crate the tissuesbut this can only be done in a factory (can't make them first and then crate) and it is a food factory you'll need to use.
What tailors need are crates of your tissues thatthe combinedbonus is+25 or greater.
Say you can make +13 Mask Scent/Camoflauge tissues. If you make a crate of 2 that will have a total of +26 which is what a tailor needs.
Clothing skill bonuses max out at +25 so you need to make crates of tissues that will equal/exceed that number so that Tailors can sell clothing with +25 stats in them.
Hope that helps

I'm afraid Nyema isn't quite correct here.
Many pieces of clothing require multiple factory made components. For example, I was asked recently to make a Doctor's Dress with injury and healing wound mods. The tissues for these healing mods are optional components of Synthetic Cloth. The dress requires 2 of these synthetic cloths but they must be identical factory made items. In order to make a crate of synthetic cloth in my factory with the healing mods included, I therefore need a crate of identical BE tissues to use as ingredients in the factory.
It doesn't matter what the actual pluses the mods give are... could be +3 or +15, I just need the tissues to be factory made with identical serial numbers. Then I can use them to manufacture the cloth which in turn can be used to make the dress. One note: Even though I have to use two of the modded cloths in the dress, the mods don't stack. So if I use 2 +15 cloths, the final mod will only be +15.
The deal with the +25 max on mods deals w/ wearing multiple items with bonuses. If I make you pants and shirt that are both +15, you won't get +30, you'll cap out at +25 no matter what.
Hope that clarifies things a little.

and just one more bit of clarification... there are some tailor schematics that have multiple slots of synthetic tissues, some schematics that have one slot, but requires 2 (or more) identical synthetic tissues. In the ones that have multiple slots, the bonuses do indeed stack. I have +14 injury/wound treatment tissues and +12 injury/wound treatment tissues just for this reason. Combined they add to +26 so in one garmet you hit your +25 max modification.

Well I just tried using 2 plus +3 bleed reinforced fiber panels in a Desert Command Jacket and still only got a jacket w/ +3 bleed defense. So in my experience, the mods still don't stack, but if someone has direct experience to the contrary or can tell me I'm doing something wrong that's all I can say. /shrug
