im quite interested in Chef and have spoken to a friend of mine, he says if i was able to go master Bio Engineer + master Chef, id be a lean mean cookin machine...or something. i wanted to ask some of you chefs out there your opinion...do your foods (new foods i should say) rely heavily on BE's? if so would being a BE/chef help you out a lot? do you know what sorts of items you need from a BE? (so i can bug them too)
also, what resources will i need to grind chef? any other input is welcome.

hello BE's, i am much interested in becoming a master Bio Engineer + master Chef. im sure you all know why...but, i wanted your input on it,
1. do you think it will be a good combination? (seeing as how the new chef foods rely on a lot of BE components...i think so, but i could be wrong)
2. what is best way to grind BE in your opinion? (i know theres probably a thread here i should read, just asking for opinions and encounters youve all had)
3. what do you like/not like about your profession?
please, input is welcome

you just want to craft better food, nothing wrong with that.
the odd resources youll need for BE enhancements and chef food is about the same, so youll have to get twice the amount of odd resources.
the only real complaints anyone has in BE is about the creature cloning processes and such, but since you sound like youre just in it for the enhancement crafting, you dont need to worry about those.

BE is completely optional but it does help out. I would just master chef first, do it forawhile and see how you like it. Then master BE. In my opinion it will be too much work, Id leave the BE to someone else and you buy from them, but it is your choice. Good Luck.
