Im a Ranger who collects a lot of eggs. I have in the past collected as many as 200 eggs per stack. What do you normally pay for the eggs you buy. I sold 2 stacks of 100 for 3k credits each on Bria server recently and the Master BE I sold them to was quick to take them. I am curious if my selling price was too low or if he was interested more in the fact that I had 2 stacks of 100. Please let me know. Im interested in providing more eggs but at a reasonable price. Im not out to screw anyone but at the same time I dont want to be screwed. It takes a long time to get a stack of 100 eggs.

ive heard eggs are one of the rarest resources in the game, your selling them very cheap

Eggs aren't as rare as they used to be.

I used to buy them from a Ranger pale for 50-100cr/egg. Depending on how many he had in one stack.

For me generally, the higher the number of eggs in a stack, the more I'm willing to pay. Eggs that go into enhanced myloflex components use 15 eggs a piece, so anything less than 15 I don't pick up unless I know I have the same type of egg somewhere else. You might want to consider going into direct business with that BE on your server. I know personally I'd rather pay one person more if I know I will get the numbers you're quoting rather than have to buy it piecemeal off the bazaar.

I have a whole bag full of about 30 stacks of eggs.... sheesh, I need a meat grinder and scrambled eggs. But we all know how dev loves "lots" of stacks. Does dev give rewards for who gets the most stacks that wont combine? I wanna compete.

I always gather them myself since there's never enough of them on the bazaar. Same for fish too.

I noticed today on Test Center that eggs are very common when looting lairs. I used to almost always get butterflies and flies, but I looted about 10 lairs in a row and all gave me 3-4 eggs a piece of the same type.

Do eggs really sell for that much? Because if they do I am much richer then I thought. Even though I am a BE myself I will be more then willing to sell the egg's I have as, at the moment, getting some income is far more imported to me then hording for future production.

I have a jillion eggs in the bank of all types. I'm saving them for when I can make high end tissues. I search ever lair I come across while I do harvest runs. Eggs aren't nearly as rare as they used to be. Its not uncommon to harvest eggs from a lair on my way to a harvest then search the same lair on my way back to town and find eggs again. Eggs aren't hard to find. You just have to actually look for them.

bah eggs are cheap nower days, and its all depending on the qulity i say.

i have seen Eggs on the bazzar on radiant going for as little as 10c for a stack of 20.

i collect eggs every day and manage to harvist about 120 a dayish these all go in my guilds stockpile for BE stuff. beeing only one of two Bio-engineers in the guild i am spoiled for choice on the type of eggs.

Ok, here is the deal with eggs:

We can use eggs for only one useful thing: making advanced myoflex tissue. Now aside from the "cover" bonus tissue, the problem is that this is actually the tissue that is in the least demand. So charging very high prices for a tissue that is in very low demand means that it's pretty much reduced to "novelty" status.

Eggs are really only of any value if they have reasonable stats (OQ, and PE) and are only of any real use if we can get a stack of 500 of them or more (enough to make 1 crate of advanced myoflex).

Personally, I put out a bounty of offering 10k for a stack of 500 decent eggs. I actually was able to gather about 200 and buy about 300 from a friend who took me up on this offer,which gave me the 500 and made a crate of the myoflex. I've sold some clothes made from it it, marked up appropriately, but it is definitely not a "hot" item, and if someone were to offer me a second stack of 500 eggs I'd probably pass on it. That single crate of enhanced myoflex is unfortunately gonna last me a while.

I refuse to deal in eggs/fish/molusks/etc. until a decent form of collection is devised.
