I have four good food crafting tools and even am standing next to a public food crafting station.I have the pet vitality medpack A showing in my schematics butit's not listed on the crafting tool list of things I can make.

Am I doing something wrong? Or is this a bug?

only thing i can think of is... make sure u are on the "tissues" tab?

I had this problem myself.

You need to stretch your crafting window horizontally or the Tissues tab will not show up. The little arrows don't work.

I had already done all of this before I asked. I just went back in and did it all yet again, and under the "Tissues" tab under Pharmaceutical there is only pet stim A.

My skills are 1/1/1/2 at this point. According to the skills screen and my data pad I should have pet vitality medpack A but on the food and chemical crafting tool screen it's not there. Near a food and chemical crafting station or not.

You do indeed need to have a specialized crafting station for these. Public ones just don't work. Also the better the crafting station the less fails you will have on experimenting, so check for quality with the /examine before you risk your hard won components.
