why one star me? my response was accurate and to the point. surely people should help themselves before asking others for help?

/sigh, why do I bother?
We have probably the largest and most in depth profession guide and faq on the forums and no-one reads it
When people are told the information is in the stickies they all come back with the same response - I saw that but I figured it was wrong/out of date.

people are lazy. they want hand outs before doing any work themselves. its like people coming here asking us for help making a pet but they havent given it a go themselves yet. Bio-engineering isn't rocket science, read the FAQ, read the FAFAQ, and then give it a go. If you're still having problems then you ask for help. Tell us what you did, what you think went wrong and we will try and help.
