Would like to know if any of you elite, bada$$ BE's can give me a range of stats to shoot for when making components for a Chef.

Light nutrients - 56/57 is good
Medium - 86/87 is good
Heaavy - 116/117/118
the max is light - 60 medium - 90 Heavy 120 but only possible with perfect resources so more likly to get 56, 86, 117
