There's one around bestine, in the area of the bank/starport/cloning center... not sure exactly, I only ran into them once or twice

Bestine over the bridge on the way to the cantina on the outskirts of town off to the right by a little build next to a bunch of critters....to grandmother's house we go.

Not really a tent, more like a sun shade. Look for the giant eopie and the green cu pa, can't miss it.
