The Drunken Tusken is located in Mos Elsewhere on Tatooine(Bria)... Mos Elsewhere is ~1000m from the Krayt Graveyard (lots of traffic). Mos Elsewhere is also strictly PvP free. If you cannot conform to the no PvP rule, you need not apply.

I will be VERY willing to negotiate with anyone that thinks he/she can meet these guidelines. If you think you may be interested but are hesitant because of 'x'.... let's discuss 'x' and I think we may be able to find a solution. If you only meet some of the guidelines, I am still interested!
