Ok so this guy bought a crate of 5 vit pack b's from my vendor, then claimed that they do not work.. However i pulled off a crate of the exact same packs ( they were split for sale) and had no problem using them.. My guild mate also have no problem using a 3rd crate.. Has anyone heard of the packs being invaild all of a sudden?
He wants a refund, but i don't think there has been a problem.. I think he is trying to scam me.. I asked for proof and he said he deleted the stuff.. your opinion plz

No returned item no refund. If he deleted it he's a moron (not that I believe he did mind you).

It is a bug with factory crates that started with guns, and seems to have spread to other items. I have a pack of action wound stim b's that also have done the same thing.

Would it not occur with the entire batch then?

I agree with everyone else. If he was bold enough to ask for a refund he should have considered keeping the product.
Just give him the RL example and send him on his way. Best buy won't refund a computer just b/c you claim it didn't work when you brought it home.

'No Refund without reciept or return'. I would only refund upon return of item. Sounds like he was mistaken or scamming. If he was going to ask for a refund he should not have deleted the item.

Bug or no bug, if he didn't keep the item, he shouldn't get a refund.
That's like eating 90% of a steak dinner, then trying to demand a refund or a new dinner because it didn't taste good......

Supposedly if you get that bug you can drop the crate in your house and pick it back up. That is supposed to clear the error. If you don't own a home get a friend to give you access to their's. This bug has been around for a while and they still haven't fixed it.
Of course animals poofing for no reason out in the middle of no where has been happening for a long time and that's not fixed either.

Sounds like the old food bug from a few months back. I wonder if he even had pets that needed a vital boost.
