Hi i made 2 level 7 and 9 pets with 1500HAM max 90-110 damage max and strong poison.
A CH tamed them but when he wanted to give me back my pets i have a message "too many pets in your datapad" but i have no pets in my datapad.

What is the problem with this pets ?

You probably actually had 'no chance to control this animal' due to the most recent validity check (on the CH's screen).
If you haven't already, try:
secure datapad-datapad exchange, with the pet packed away (instead of the transfer command)
direct transfer if all you tried was datapad-datapad
Make sure you don't have a droid out.

Just a thought, trying to help.

Or... more likely.. he tried to give you aggresive pets. You cant hold them as a non-CH
