I dinged master BE on sunday and about 15 seconds after i put my tag up i got a tell asking for a high lvl pet.

what the customer wants is

lvl 70 ( i talked to him on this and a 65-69 lvl is fine as well)

in a jax skin (wants it small for indore use)

high ham

and good resists for the geo caves and corvett

for specails

strong poison

strong disease

ive looked on the board and have a few recipes im going to try running by him but none of them have the specails that he wants

does anyone have a cl 65-70 recipe that fits this and you would be willing to share or if not at least set me on the right path to make

thanks in advance

well you'll want high energy resists for the vette and high kinetic for the geo caves...stun wouldnt hurt there either. Ideally you'd want Reclusive Spider Queen DNA for this....60KR 60ER AR1 high fort and strong poison, but this would berather impractical...in lieu of that, try Young Malkloc Plainswalker/YMP/Mutant Bark Mite Queen/MBMQ/Bark Mite Burrower Queen. Use VHQ samples and the MBMQ should carry strong poison, the BMBQ should carry strong disease, you'll get good stun resists and HAM from the YMP. You'll end up with 60KR 45ER 49SR, AR1 unless you fail a bunch at experiments. Max out physique, and depending if your customer wants a tank or not max out aggression for damage orprowess/mental for more HAM.

This is of course just speculative, I'm not MBE and I just put that together with swgcreatures.com and a clone sim =)

Well you'll want high KR and stun for the Geo Caves, high ER for the Corvette. Thats not tricky until youthrow in SP/SD specials, which brings to mind immediately MDH, but you'd suffer on resists using them. Ideally, you'd want reclusive spider queen DNA, but thats highly impractical. In lieu of that try:

YMP YMP

MBMQ MBMQ

BMBQ

YMP=young malkloc plainswalker, high HAM and stun resists

MBMQ=mutant bark mite queen, strong poison special 1

BMBQ=bark mite burrower queen, strong disease special 2

This should give you a final setup of 60KR 45ER 49SR vuln rest, with the specials you want if you use VHQ samples, and AR1 if you dont crit fail in your physique experimenting.

Of course this is all speculative and I may be way off somewhere, I dont have MBE and I just put that together with swgcreatures.com and a clone sim, so i dont know where the CL will end up but you can always gen it down if its over70 =)

You know I have a data pad full of creatures with strong P and strong D. The disease is pretty much useless, even in PvP, mostly because pets are useless there over all. The strong P is good for kitting if it worked each time, which it doesn't. Even then 100 points every 10 or so seconds on a 10k-100k HAM mob isn't going to make the difference. I would talk to the customer and go with intimidate and blind instead. You'll need to do some generation cloning to get this to work.

BTW the jax is a slow skin. The gurrcat is still a bit small but fast. Has nice colors to choose from as well. Searching on swgcreatures.com is your best bet to finding what you suit you.

regarding the skin - in caves the speed isn't really important. Jax makes sense - especially in the vette - due to it's size.

I think that if you want a first-gen recipe you'll have to sacrifice either a ton of resists or those specials. You really gotta wonder why he wants those specials anyway. But if he's insistent, perhaps try something like BMB-BMB-BMB-BMB-MDH and experiment way up the damage as far as it'll go, then do the MR-BMBQ-BMB-BMB-2nd gen thing. That will actually give you real nice resists, damage, and the specials you want, although the damage probably won't be as high as if you used MR in that final slot.

i would advise doing searches for level range / resists your looking for from www.swgcreatures.com that has been the most valuable resource ive had since i started making creatures. Dont rush things, just take time experimenting with what different DNA's can do, read the FAQ for the usefull guide on what slots tend to carry which properties. Also other than what the posts here have been saying, i find mutant rancor added into high level creatures tends to be a good help for getting a creature 65+ its just a pain in the (*&( to get mutant rancor DNA (well i dont have master scout tho)

Thanks a ton guys for the help. Ill talk to the customer on the specials and see if can get him to choose something else. I made the be for the main reason of makeing pets for my CH chr since i couldnt really find any that i liked on my server .

The very first thing i did as a master be was head to dath and go for the mutant rancors. i found that if you could agro one and get him out of the pack i had a much easyer time getting samples and mask scent not to break .

one more question i havent seen any QBMB's do they pop on the normal bark mite lairs?

Some lairs you do, and some you don't. A lot of times I'll just find them wandering around too. I consider myself lucky when I run into them as they are not all that easy to find (and I crit failed on a 5xBMBQ combine last week... oh the agony!).
