OK, I'm a rifleman/SL I need a pet that will keep something busy for more than 10 secs. Any chance that a level 10 can be made with stats near:
3k health
2k action
1k mind
???????

what you are asking for is well within the realm of possibility. Better stats than that are also possible, though some BEs are hesitent to sell such creatures.

You'd be better off asking for a pet with decent HAM and high kinetic resist - docs can apply the same buffs to pets they do to you, so even a crappy worrt can have3k/3k/500 ham and an insane regen rate. Withhigh KR the damage they'll be taking will be reduced, so their regen rates are more effective. Get one with intim/blind or intim/stun specials to even further augment this DPS/Regen ratio

Wow, well I never knew that!.... I guess my new CL10 pet will soon be joining this Master Pikeman inside the Nightsissie Caves soon, when he's big and grown

Chefs can make food that buff pet stats as well. No need to drag your pet or a Doc around all the time.
