Bio Engineer Archive

I am a new master BE. When I experiment making broad spectrum nutrients and intelligent nanonutrients, it only allows me to use 9 of my experimentation points. There is nowhere to put the 10th point. Is this typical?

My bsnutrients were a 86, the intelligents were 116.
