Supposidly they are... I havent been on test center yet... but I am thinking that only a master would be able to use a Kimo though......

If you mean wild Kimo then no, they're all CL90 aside from the hatchlings which I seriously doubt will have a baby version. The cloned ones we don't know about since the new cloning system isnt working yet.
