From what Im hearing you can, Id love some clarification. Id pay quite a bit for a durnie to have rancor-ish stats, especially if hes still little, monty python anyone? =).

From what I have been reading about the changes, yes, you can make an uber-durie. First, you choose what your creature looks like, then you decide how powerful to make it(all according to your skill of course) the more powerful it is, the higher the CL, hopefully you can use expirimentation to lower the CL, making for some powerful little creatures, so that people will come to you to buy them. they also said that size is somehow based on CL, so if you wanted a rancorish durnie, you might end up with one taller than you. I like the new way to make them though, this is putting the derailed train that is BE back on the track. the next step is to get it moving foreward.

SWEET! I still pray you can make a little uber-durnie. I swear I will have the bunnie from Monty Pithon LOL. I can picture a commando lobbing a proton grenade at it hehehe.

Yes, You can make an uber-durni.
But the higher the level of the final creature, the larger the creature will be. Your little uber-durni won't be so little.

I can see it now...Bearded Jax the size of Tortons....sitting in the cantinas. ![]()
I still think it would be cool to graft a T-21 to the back of a torton...Talk about it being a tank....lmao

Yes, this means little, non-CH rancors. at master BE you get the rancor skin. just give it kinda wussy stats and you have yourself a small non-CH rancor. colored to your preference.

Since Tortons are already really big (at level 24), I wonder how big our CL60-CL70 Tortons will be? ![]()

You can make little be big but there will not be any big littles... No 10 Rancors or gurrecks or blurrgs, sorry guys, Dev already said there will be a limit to how low they will go.

Even Rancor youths are 40ish as I recall, so I would doubt they'll get as low as 25, but it's too arely to tell. As for level 50 durni? Why stop there? I was revisting TH's thread on creature rebalancing from a few month back in which he hinted at cl 60+ pets.....

it does make you wonder, a normal squall is around CL6 i think. A Levisquall is CL20ish and more than 3 times the size, so does that mean as you double the typical CL for the species type that you double their size? There must be a maximum size cap but given at the kind of scales that SWG can handle it's going to be very interesting to see just how big these things can get.
