Hi there fellows, im at the last box at DNA ( 80000 xp) sample and i wonder if you have any tips on what to sample DNA from for the highes xp.

I know that pikets on Dantooine is between 350 and 420 xp

Anything else that you can recommend sample DNA from ?

I dont care about Quality until i reach MBE so i can make really good pets .

ancient and frenzied grauls give in the 500s

Bols (standard) give high 400 i think

In general i find Dantooine a good place to lvl DNA.

I like the "piket types" (rontos, sharnaffs, etc.) as they give good sampling experience, don't deathblow when spooked, and can usually be sampled multipe times.

Not to mention that when you do care about quality of samples, they often give Very High Quality samples.

Blurrgs on Endor are kinda rare but I htink they're one of the few CL50 critters which don't deathblow or are non-aggro.

I did my DNA sampling grind on Endor. Target rich environment and most things don't DB. Lok critters aggroed more than Endorians.

Blurrgs on endor 300-400s no db, plentiful, very nice. and if ya run upon a gurreck hey, you can try it if ya want.

Mantigrue screecher. they are CL 55, agro (but easy to sneak up on), and don't DB.

Thune Herd Leaders on Dantoonie give 544 xp per sample... only problem is you get about 2 samples and they are a corpse and usually only one per pack of Thunes. No deathblows either.

Seething Bol Crushers on Dantoonie give nice xp also.

I did my "Sample Grind" on Yavin4. The only critter I found there that death blows is the Klik Hunter. You will probably get more XP from other places, but I found Yavin4 the better choice because I could sample more and not worry about getting death blow'd. Giant Crystal Snakes were about 380 something, and I was able to sample them MANY times before they became corpes. I didn't really target one specific creature when I was doing my grind. I just worked my way West and cleared out everything. For me, that was faster then trying to find a specific creature which would give more XP.

Man. Seriously. Faambas kick ass.

they give about 400 per sample and often don't die after one sample.

Also I noticed that they hardly aggro you if you sample from 15m away.

Plus if they do aggro you it is very easy to get away from them so you don't have to worry too much about getting incapacitated.

I'm only going for the third box and it's going very smoothly due to this method.
