So, I dont care about creating animals, what is the minimum I can do to create tissues for her...one line of skills, or does the master box help create better tissues...Which line, i imagine the tissues line, but not too sure...

my Odi got BE for my tailoring business too 
if you really don't want to master, you can probably go x4x4? however, tensile resistance sells like hotcakes so she might want you to get the master box anyway.
