What is the highest quality meat and highest qualtiy flora food you can use to make creatures + tissue?

The best you can get. The higher the OQ/PE/FL, the better your tissues will turn out. You might have to pay better to get this meat/flora, but I harvest the best flora I can find and buy all the good to great meat I can get my hands on.

i recently mastered bio eng for a holo but i'm keeping it cause the job is fun and took long to master (even with a macro)...i have no problem making decent to good animals...only question/problem i have is people come to me asking for non CH pets or pets they can use at they're current level (for example level 26) and i can't control the level they come out...since i've been master aside from 1 level 23 gurreck i made i always get creature levels in the 30s and 40s...what ami doing wrong? i've read a FAQ and the forums and they tell you how to get good DNA for good animals but how to you make lower level ones

You are probably using DNA samples from animals that are too high a level.
If you want gurrecks in the 20-30 level range... use Giant Sand Beetle DNA. My BE character has pretty consistent results.

yea, that's it then..i was sampling from dathomir, dantooine and endor... i thought the lower level animals like gurrecks, hermit spiders etc could only be so good...guess i was wrong...got a hermit spider to lvl 42 yesterday..i'll get lower samples...thanks
