Yes as painful as it sounds I have a pet stuck in my crafting tool mid creation does anyone know the command to stop crafting so I can get my bundle of joy out of the crafting tool to finish it or if need be lose it?

You need to "click/hover" over the "Use kit" option (or whatever it's called) and a new option will pop out (like when you want to open a pack in a new window) to clear the hopper...
