can i sample DNA of any animals at novice cos sometimes i get the fail mission several times in a row and then he aggro me??

You can sample any creature up to CL 75. The lower your DNA Sampling ability though, the more you'll get failures attempting to sample high level ones. It's not unusual to have a lot of failures at novice, though. Start by sampling the trash outside the starting cities to stay safe.
