I expect this will involve way more dying than before, especially for my combat-gimped BE/Chef.

lol...mereks, rancors and other good samples have always included a lot of quick trips
Now I just won't have to buy or make meds to heal all the damage.

I have never once had to clone from sampling...thats possibly related to the TripleComp and buffs...but from now on things get a little harder...I will almost certainly be 1hitted by the high level creatures...

I forsee much more death.. I am usually luck in sampling... except for those days.. where I forgot to bath before sampling Merek Harvesters... which would quickly team up on my and send me back to the Science Outpost for a bath....
Talk about a quick trip/death... triple incap in under 5 min.. down..up..nap..up..clone...

Already have two Bodyguards set up JUST incase the DNA Sampling go wrong.....
Let them take the hits while i run away

I usually have pets out to help protect myself.... but sometimes.. I rather incap... then kill.. for the dna... LOL
Maybe we should DNA collect together sometime... Safety in numbers and pets...

I have pets too (not strong yet) but they are usually off fighting what they want...controlling them has become very difficult lately

Need to make sure they aren't in aggressive skin...if BE... or aggressive traits of wild...
I have gurrcats, gurreck and razors which listen well
but my Narglatchs.. run off....

I have a razor that like to go Krayt hunting. My guild will be out there getting pearls and he'll go off and aggro a krayt and bring it back. I get yelled at when he brings one when we're already fighting two...
