Thread: Tissue Question From non BE

I am not a BE in live but was on TC-Ep3 and thought I would play with some of the tissues for Combat Profs. I made a BE/Tailor toon so I could follow all the way throught to the finished product. I made some +13 Tensile Fibers for Ranged/Melee Defense. Ithen made a Desert Commando Jacket that took 2 Identical Reinforced Fiberplast panels, which I made with the +13 Tensile Fibers,but when I examined the finished product it only had +13 to R/M Defense not a +26.
Is this normal or a bug.

Whenever tailor panels go into the SAME slot, they do not add. So, 1, 2 or 3 panels, whatever is required, provide the same value. Now, if you place them in DIFFERENT slots, they will add together.
