I'm tired of asking questions, i'd just like to read up on how to become a very successful BE. Can anyone tell me where to read up on it?

Well, I think your best best is to

a) read the FAQ (sticked thread at top of this forum)

b) try to keep up with some of the more interesting post-CU discussions here.

The trouble is that with the CU, we're all "noobs" to some extent since so much has changed. And we're all in a "learn as we go" state with respect to most BE products at this point.
