Intressted in whats best for crafting.
DNA sampling etc etc!

In the FAQ theres a list of what used to be the best way to grind the crafting. As for the current best way, it depends on the xp from the med items which I believe no one has compiled yet.
The DNA sampling is more difficult as even before it wasn't easy to compile a list of what could or could not be sampled, but the general consensus was sample low level critters outside of major cities on starter planets for DNA 1 and 2, and then move on to something like lesser plains bols on dant for DNA3. After that I personally went for Picket Longhorns on my first BE grind, and the second time I ground it I chose Seething Bol Crushers...but all this may have changed now relating to your combat level.
