Hi, can someone give me some advice on what level 16 bio-engineered pets are available? If so which are the best.

Almost all creatures can be made at CL 16 (except grauls, rancors, and kimos for example). Each creature is individually created, so there are no preset stats that can necessarily be guaranteed. Contact a BE on your server and inquire...Expect something that has between 2500-5000 HAM (depending on the BE and the DNA used) with variable specials and probably no armor. Hope this helps.
