4 Mutant Rancor samples, gathered over a 2.5 hour period with 6 or 7 deaths and about 3k distance "drivebacks".

1 Rancor Youth VHQ sample to temper it all for level.

Amazing success for the combine, experimented prowess, physique, mental to full, psychological and agression to 90% of their potential at least.

1000 OQ Carnivore meat, 1000 OQ Flora, and the template to make a killer Gurreck.

Crit Failure.

My desk and my forehead both share a large new dent....

Well.. You could have died 8 times .

I feel your pain man. Youd better get back on the horse back as soon as possible and give it another shot. Good luck .

Oh don't worry, just think about how it would have come out at CL 71, anyway.

Worse - spent 4 hrs sampling with my low mask scent lvl finally got two samples used those plus a cl 61 sample i had left from an earlier failure plus two bull rancor samples - CL 77 ??? How did that happen - I experimented but dont see how 75+61+55+55+75/5=77?

I told customer I am not doing CL 70's anymore since i had to drop my mask scent - not worth it

We all feel your pain - been there done that, but you're right, it could be worse and above all - remember it's only a game.

Its a game feature.

Most any time I would get a crit failure... I had just found some nice samples and got good experimentation.

So I just figure its a feature to make me go back out for more.

I always get health buffs from Master Doc, can always find them in the major cites (Theed/Coronet)buffing for a price, usually 6-10k for at least 1000+ to all H and A stats, and useAngerian Fishak/Muon for Mind (or get the musician/dancer buffs if I can find em)..I can go after Mutant Rancors/Bull Rancors and not worry about being killed, or even coming close to being killed. I never go unbuffed anymore, it's just so much more fun to be able to get hit a few times and shrug it off as you run to your ride and hop on and speed away until the chase stops. Then come back to the one that chased ya, and start sampling it as it waddles pack to it's herd.I don't even wear my armor,I don't want it to take the damage.

But yes, that sounds likea very bad day, I've had a nice run of no failures lately.. I did 20 Kaadu yesterday for some crazy customer, and only the second one I made failed, all the rest after that were perfect.I'm sure today will be my day to get failure after failure tho.

oh man, that is not a good day at all.

I thought I had it bad.

Arachne Widow lair 4x widow's 1x Queen, 6 deaths 10 samples and got one critical.
But got one awsome pet L57 12k Ham good resists all round moderate damage.

Best part was I had a set of ubese armor that was 2 days old, I managed to wear the condition down to 0/18,000 on the jacket. I took an absolute beating.

Was great fun tho, except for the critical.
