I am new to the profession and would like to gain spice crafting XP first. Any of you people know what spice gives the most xp per item?

Thanks a ton in advance!

First, check the smugglers guide stickied at the top. Secondly, provincial wisdom says get a buttload of organics and metal, and sit down and craft shadowpaw until yer fingers bleed. It should get you all the way up to the top. Takes a few hours. For more details see the Smugglers Guide.

If you get tired of Shadowpaw you can do Thrusterhead at spices 3, it takes 5 meat, 15 gas and 15 chemical per dose.

With BE, does the quality of meat and other rescources matter? With creatures, tissues, etc.,..

Here's a dumb question I crafted my Gen III saber before I mastered Saber Tech branch. Recently I mastered 1 Handed and last night I build my first Gen III 1 handed. Its really nice I think it grinds better then the Gen III Dual I have. The Dmg is about 15 points less but that's from the crystals I assume. Anyway someone told me that for grinding I should not invest my experiment points in the dmg part of crafting and instead on the other option (which I can't recall what its called at this moment) so I did that on my new saber. Does this make much of a difference I'm actually debating on redoing my Gen III Dual but I hate to bother since Culsion gas is so costly. I did craft that saber for pure dmg and this was before I mastered Tech.

Force cost to a mimimum the rest into damage. With decent crystals you can up the damage and lower the force cost further meaning less breaks in between grind sessions or less use of channel force if you have it.

Yeah my force cost is higher on my new saber then on my Dual but I have channel so I dont' mind. Channel is the best skill ever lol

I'm just debating if I should make a new dual but it's only a point or two different then my old one why bother?
