Anyone know where to get these? I wanted to try and make some tissues. I searched what seems to be the entire bazaar for the entire galaxy and couldn't find one.

I don't think I'v eever seen any on the "bizaar". On the other, they might be placed in some weird place (pet stims spring to mind). I think your best bet is to get a flora harvester...

Flowers are a resource to be harvested like chemicals, minerals, etc. You need to do a little surveying to find a good spot then place a flora farm (harvester). So it's either time to take on some artisan skills, find a supplier and cut a deal, or buy a harvester and have someone survey a good location where you can place it.
