Hey BEs!
I just recently respecced into BE from pre-cu doctor and I am having a spot of trouble figuring this new crafting thing out. Hope you can help.
When I made stims pre-cu I found out advanced biological effect controllers didn't realy influence the end products power all that much. It did however influence the number of uses. So instead of experimenting into power I would spend eXP on charges and pretty much get the same power but with many more uses. Sooooo.....
Using my pesant logic 
I figured it would be the same in BE. But lo and behold, I can only get 17 uses of a stimD using the best resources I have. I get a power 1143 (not uber, but still pretty good) but only 16-17 uses. Now, I have checked some vendors that sell meds too, and many of them have power 1150 stims with over 30 uses. I have also seen some with over 50 uses but the power was pretty low. Think about 600 or something. Pre-cu stims maybe?

- Stim-Ds with more than 50 charges / 600 power are converted pre-CU Stim-Es.
- Stim-Ds with more than 1200 power are made from pre-CU ALS, if they have 30+ charges on top they also took pre-CU ABEC.
- Stim-Ds with 1100+ power / 15+ charges are the usual stats possible with great resources post-CU.
- Stim-Ds with more than 1200 power are made from pre-CU ALS, if they have 30+ charges on top they also took pre-CU ABEC.

Man, that realy lessened my worries. I thought I was doing something wrong.
