I just got novice CH and everytime I try to milk something its spooked how do I make it "not spooked" and what would be an easy way to get CH xp

i just logged on today after not playing for a week and i can'tmilk banthas or piket longhorn females. those are the only two i've tried so far. i was able to get milk from a bantha matriarch, but that's it.

have they changed the creatures we can collect milk from or could that be a bug? please tell me it's just a bug.
