Thread: Very Old 1(0) Pets

Does anyone have "any" of these pets that can still be called?

Think hard now...I mean.."any" of them?

I know that these were made totally useless with some of the new changes.

I'm jus curious... :-)

I asked in the BE forum..and I am sure someone will try to beat me up for even asking there...but..

Does anyone know of "any" old level 1(0) pets that are still useable?

I know that they were made uncallable with some of the new changes..but are there "any" that are still being used out there?

I think they prevented Level 0 pets from being called in one patch.

Also I would assume that with the CU they all got a CL rating according to their stats, like every other pet seemed to be converted as well.

I have an old 1(0) Dewback that I still use. But it's just a datapad glitch for me really, he is CL 17 once he is out and about.

My blurrgcannot be called. An invalid stats message is issued. There was and is no option given to change the stats soheis destined to remain in the datapad or be deleted.

The only possibility I really see is perhaps if someone tamed from a deed now. The deeds seemed to of gotten altered slightly so not sure there.... Or maybe if it had less hitpoints or damage... they might of done some sort of 10k health,500 damage limit both of which get exceeded by my blurrg.

I was able to call a 1(0) rancor post-CU (first few days when I was playing with templates). I dont have CH anymore to try.

Thanx everyone.


I asked in the CH forum also and found an answer. It looks like some of the low level ones that were 1(0) can still be called. I have a bunch of Kaduus like this and I thought maybe it was a mistake or something. Someone else also has a dewback that is the same way. So it looks like it was def some kind of like HAM or damage limit that makes them not work.


So now I dont know why they couldnt change the other ones to be useable if all they had to do was change some of the stats. I think they just didnt want to do any extra work. Just wanted to let you know.

It seems to be tied to the dmg and health caps - anything 1(0) under 8k health and 500dmg calls just fine.

I'm loving being able to call my old 3 CL 1(0) Razor Cats - they do like 260-270 dmg with about 7k Health each. The To-Hit is 0, but who cares when the dmg range is 260-270 lol. With only Marksman 1000 skill and MBE/MCH and a nice Laser Carbine or Rifle I can shell out about 600-800dps at CL57. I just wish my other pets were worth having and using.

They make a killer trio.

I tried dropping Marksman for awhile to have more medic, but without a knockdown recovery shot, I was easily killed.

My 1(0) Blurrg and pre-pre-nerf CL50 Rancor are 'invalid' tho.

Some are, some are not. Post CU my two I could not call, Customer Service gave me a tell saying i should trade them to a friend and get them back, but I ended up deleting them anyways. If they still are, just delete them and save the headaches.

Go get some female narglatch babies. You can pull 3 of em, and they will make you cry for your killer trio... shoulda kept them as deeds...
