Yes we can make CL70 bantha, you can have a CL60 gnort if you want one. If you want a list of all the animals look at the skill tree for bio-engineer in the game.

After reading the BE FAQ and this thread, I would like some clarification.

There is a minimum CL for skins(40 for Kimo, 35 for Rancor, etc), but no maximum? Meaning, that cute little Vir Vur that is running at you could be a CL70 monster that will eat your children?

how can a cute little rabbit eat your children P:

Yep - and in a state of insanity I'm embarking on just such a project...............

"Godzilla" is the DL 46 Durni prototype.

I now have the Mutant Rancor and Toxic Merek Battlelord DNA I need and am just looking for the Merek Harvester, Bark Mite Burrower and Merek Death's HeadDNA to continue more fiendish experiments on cute little bunnies.

I intend to freak people out by using the final products on Rancor and Krayt hunts.

Project "Lepus Horribilis" was a success:

Durni

CL 65

HAM 12525/13494/12866

AR-1

Resists: 31/42/5/70/70/5/5 (No vulnerabilities)

Attack speed 1.99

To hit: 0.65

Damage: 580-590 Strong Poison

Used Mutant Rancor/Death's Head Merek DNA

Not an unalloyed success (the strong disease didn't stick and it could use the Action switching with the health) - but what we have here is a rabbit (which on paper at least) is capable of biting the arms off a Rancor and beating it to death with the wet end..........

Reality check: The durni skin has far too low a movement rate to use as a serious hunter except against slow beasties (like rancors). OTOH the roleplaying and freak-out factor is immense..................

Maaaaaaan...no fair. I thought my Bunnies of Doom project on Sunrunner was original. I got this class, and decided to have some fun with it. My ingame wife has up a vendor where I have Evil Bunnies of Doom for sale even!! Most are between CL 30-40, but I just got some MR DNA earlier, and might make up the most evil bunny I've made yet.

Yer all stealing my ingenious plan!! To have the novelty pet of the year!!!

heh, glad to see I'm not the only sicko around here. It's also nice to know Monty the badass bunny isn't alone in the galaxy. I used mutant rancor DNA and some resamples from some of my higher end kimos. I was only able to get stunning strike to stick and he only does 440 max, but hey.

My attack command is, "Go for the eyes, Boo!"

What's really wrong with the game is the players

Oh, and can we get a moratorium on the word "whiner"? It's pointless and stupid to call other people whiners when you yourself are actually whining about them.

And here, I thought trying to make Uber-Bunnies was just a fun Novice BE thing LOL...

I'm only 1-1-2-0 right now, but was cruising Tatooine tonight and snagged some dune lizard and dewback DNA. Much to my surprise, Iturned out a level 13 Gnort that's 3442/2042/1827 with 10 kinetic and 16 energy. The speed and damage are nothing to write home about, but I thought it was sort of nifty to have exceeded my expectations that far this early in the profession. Definitely a far cry from the average 85-or-so HAM bunnies I've been making. On the upside, my other character is working on creature handler, so the low-level critters get some good use for training before I release them back into the Ether.

Now, if I could justcomprehend *how* all these numbers combine to get the various stats...I guess that's what learning a new profession is all about though, right?
