Here's a quote from the proposed notes on Publish 8 for Image Designers:

Image Designer Profession Enhancements: To enhance the Image Designer profession, we’ve put together a list of new features so that we can add some exciting new avatar customization features to the game as well as make them an important part of the game world. Some of the things Image designers can look forward to are:
ID User Interface: Image designers and their clients can work through the changes in real-time, agree on a price and execute the changes through a secure-trade transaction window.
Hair accessories: Coming in the form of particle enhancements to existing hairstyles
New hair colors: Bright neons and fluorescents, glitter that flickers or changes colors.
New skin tones: More variety in current colors, body paint type colors. (Bright Red, Lemon Yellow, etc.).
Increased Colors for all Palettes: For example, Lip colors such as pinks, peaches, more flesh tones and more vibrant shades like Canary Yellow, White, etc.

New colors, lots of new colors, for hair, skin, and accents. Vehicles have colors. Droids have colors (or will again, soon) How about more Creature colors?

Purple Banthas?
Albino Kaadus?
Metallic Blue Cu'Pa?
Hot Pink Rancors???

Crimes against nature? Sure, but the colors are obviously there. Can't we get some?

I like the idea of being able to have more colors for the pets we make but not necessarily to make a hot pink rancor. Just to make a cat for example all black instead of only part of it. Or to make anypet all white for example, nothing crazy. It would be cool however to have customization kits that can temporarily change a pets color to something outrageous like a hot pink rancor, but that would fade over time. This would definitely be very cool

i agree why not broaden the color range but not to extremes. i dont know about you guys but i didnt buy pokemon i bought starwars lol.

also wouldnt it be great if we could take different types of dna and use facial texture and skin and mix and match to make slightly less recongnizable types of critters.

More than anything else I'd love to buy some BE-crafted skill tapes from my BE guildmate...

I would love to have multiple color options on creatures. Take the razor cat as an example: there are really 2 colors that it will be in the end but we can only really change the main color, which will slightly change the color of the spotting.
