I've been out for a few hours now trying to sample some Mutant Rancors with extremely limited success (roughly 2 samples yielded out of probably 50 attempts) and aside from wondering why they are so tough to sample, I was also wondering: What is the max CL we can sample? Is there any theoretical formula to tell me what are my chances of sampling a particular creature? Oh, I'm a Master BE/Ranger with mask clothing, FWIW.
I have lots of other questions, but I'm sure my Magic 8 Ball can handle them.

Holy cow didn't mean to submit this 4 times! Is there some way I can remove those other ones or edit them?
