Ok, well here is the situation. Ever sense chef addtives have hit, i cant keep up, as many of you can prolly relate to. We all know how hard it is to gain all the meat needed to do large run of these things...i mean large runs. On a normal week i do close to 300-350 crates of addtives a week, and would do more if i had more lots for more factorys. Ok well here is what i am after or looking to find out. My good meat supply is getting smaller and smaller and with the lack of quality and dependable hunters around will soon be gone....so that means my 85-88 power nutriants will be no more. I do however have a ton of rather "crappy" meat. I did a little fooling around last night and with some good flora i can get about 82-83 power on mediums, 50-53 on lights and 110-113 on heavys. So, do any of you know how big of an impact using a 85-88 broad spectrum would have over a 82-83 one? Is there really that big of a change. Someone told me there is only a 3-5% differance in the overall power of say brandy. If that is the case...getting 400-410 brandy over 420-430 does not really seem that bad. Nor woth killing myself time in and time out for get the best meat out there.

I have the same issue, and same question. Perhaps this should be asked on the chef forum?
